So lucky we found Cherry!

Our small nonprofit launched a COVID relief program at the beginning of the pandemic. Before that program we managed everything on google sheets, but we soon realized this program would require something more sophisticated. We decided to go with Airtable as our database, but knew we were going to need a consultant to help us get our new system set up in an efficient manner without disrupting program operations. Cherry worked with us at every step of the way to figure out the ultimate way to set up our database, and the most strategic way to use Zapier to take time consuming tasks off our hands. She was also very patient as she worked to ensure our team, with varying degrees of database experience, all understood and felt comfortable with what was built. What's your approach?

We’ve nicknamed our approach The AirOps Advantage. The AirOps Advantage follows 3 steps:

Strategic Design – The first step ensures your internal team and AirOps Consulting are fully aligned on the process and what the outcome of the project will look like. The deliverable for this phase is the mockup of the final database to help you visualize how their database will be configured.
System Implementation – The second step is for the AirOps Consulting team to build the database by configuring fields, setting up automation, and implementing views and interfaces for various stakeholders. Your team and the AirOps team will have periodic meetings to communicate on the progress and review updates.
Training & Support – The third step of our projects is to train the client team on how to use their database. AirOps Consulting can also provide ongoing support to the client through a monthly retainer.

What if I need ongoing support?

AirOps Consulting can provide ongoing support to the client through a monthly hourly retainer. Clients use this retainer for many purposes like ongoing training, technical support, feature updates, and other database inquiries.

What 3rd Party Apps do you integrate with?

We integrate with a wide array of third-party apps through various methods. Airtable is constantly adding new integrations with different tools like Twilio, Outlook, Gmail, and Google Calendar. We also integrate with thousands of other apps using Zapier and Integromat like Quickbooks, SignNow, Shopify, and Mailchimp. If you need special integration requests, we can also create custom scripts to connect your Airtable.
